This Refund Policy explains how payment, cancellations, transfers and refunds work for our courses, therapies and bodywork sessions. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read it before you book.

Overview
We operate on an advance-payment basis. This lets us reserve your place and prepare properly for your session or course. Please make sure you can attend before you book.

Payment terms
All bookings require payment in advance. Unless stated otherwise, bookings require payment in full (100%) at the time of booking. Where a deposit is taken to reserve a place, the deposit is payable at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable
Any deposit charged — whether for a therapy or a course — is non-refundable in all cases, except where we or your therapist cannot attend (see below).

Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable
Once a booking is made and paid, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. This applies to individual therapies, bodywork sessions and course places. Please only book when you are certain you can attend.

Transferring your booking
Although a booking cannot be cancelled for a refund, you may transfer your place to another person. To do this, contact us in advance with the new participant’s details so we can update the booking. The new participant must meet the same eligibility and health requirements.

Rescheduling therapy sessions
Therapy and bodywork sessions may be rescheduled to another available time, subject to therapist availability, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your session’s scheduled start. Rescheduling is not available at shorter notice, and a missed session without notice is treated as completed.

For courses, deposits are non-refundable and places are non-cancellable.
