About us and these terms
This website and its services are provided by Tantra Tao Bodywork, a sole trader (autónomo) based in Albaicín, Granada, Spain (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at tantrataobodywork@gmail.com.
These terms apply to every booking and to your use of this website. If you do not agree with them, please do not book our services or use the site.

The services we provide
We offer experiential Tantra education and wellness bodywork, including:
Tantra courses and training (Level I Initiation, Level II Practitioner and Level III Senior Practitioner);
Individual sessions of Tantra therapy and bodywork;
Workshops, events, and related online content
Full descriptions, durations and prices are shown on the relevant page at the time of booking

The nature of our services — please read
Our courses and sessions are experiential wellness, energy and bodywork education. They are sensual and embodied in nature but they are not sexual services, and there is no sexual activity of any kind between facilitators and participants or clients.
Our services are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a physical or mental health condition, you should consult a qualified professional before taking part.

Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old and able to give informed consent to book and take part in our services. By booking, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Booking and payment
All bookings require payment in advance. Unless stated otherwise, bookings require payment in full (100%) at the time of booking. Where only a deposit is taken to reserve a place, the deposit is payable at the time of booking.
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where appropriate.
Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Payments are handled by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
All reservations require prepayment. Unless otherwise stated, reservations
They require full payment (100%) at the time of booking . When only a portion is charged
A deposit is required to reserve a place; this deposit is paid at the time of booking.

Cancellations, transfers and rescheduling
Our full cancellation, transfer and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. In summary:

Deposits are non-refundable, for both therapies and courses

Once booked, a place is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

A booking may be transferred to another person, but it cannot be cancelled for a refund.

Therapy sessions may be rescheduled if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start, subject to therapist availability.

If your therapist is unable to attend for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any amount or deposit paid, or the option to reschedule.

Your conduct and our consent-based practice
Our work is based on safety, respect, and clear consent. To maintain a safe space for everyone:
All contact is based on consent; you can pause, decline, or stop at any time, and so can we.
Any sexual insinuation or request, or any inappropriate, aggressive or disrespectful behavior, will terminate the session or course immediately, without refund.
You should not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
We may refuse or discontinue a service if we reasonably believe that it is not safe or appropriate to continue.

Health, wellbeing and assumption of risk
You are responsible for informing us, in advance and confidentially, of any conditions

Courses, certification and the Skool community
When a course leads to a certificate, the certification is awarded only upon completion.

Level III (Senior Practitioner) is open only to those who have completed Level II with us and meet the entry requirements.
Some courses include access to a private community on the Skool platform; your use of Skool is also subject to Skool's own terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee any specific professional, income, or business results from completing a course.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our course materials — text, images, manuals, videos and branding — is owned by or licensed to Tantra Tao Bodywork and is protected by law. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute or teach from our materials without our prior written permission. Recording of sessions or courses is not permitted without consent.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
Subject to the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for
indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from any reservation

Privacy and confidentiality
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. What you share with us in a session or course is treated as confidential, subject to legal exceptions.

Changes to these terms or our services
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. We may also change, reschedule or withdraw a course, session or event; if we cancel, the Refund Policy applies.

Events beyond our control (force majeure)
We are not responsible for failure or delay in providing our services due to events beyond our reasonable control (for example, illness, extreme weather, strikes, or government measures). Where we are unable to deliver a booked service for such reasons, we will offer a reschedule or a refund or credit.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Granada, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
